  • How do I place an order?
    Browse through our menu list for WOG boxes, boards, tables and cones to see what you would like and when ready, add it to your cart, follow the very simple ordering steps and we’ll take care of the rest!
  • How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
    WOG Graze Boxes or Graze Cones requires 48 hours notice WOG Graze Boards require 3 - 7 days notice. WOG Graze Tables require 7 - 14 days notice.
  • When should I pick up my after ordering?
    WOG boxes, boards, and cones will be ready for pick up on the provided date and time as per the client's order. To ensure you do not miss your pick up window, please be at the townhouse studio within 15 minutes of the provided pick up time. If you are running late, ensure that we have been informed. Orders that miss their pick up window and did not inform us of being late will need to arrange a different pick up time with the WOG team.
  • Does WOG accommodate rush orders?
    We are here to please our clients, if you require a rush order, please call us at 778-995-7390, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Rush orders have a premium of $35. If delivery is required please allot a minimum of 2 hours for your rush order.
  • What if I am outside of Lower Mainland area?
    If you reside outside of B.C and are placing an order for an individual within the lower mainland area, be sure to fill out all their necessary information as per the website requirements, as well as yours. Name Phone number Address - include apartment number and buzzer number. Email The WOG delivery team is not responsible for any missed deliveries by the recipient due to not being informed of the delivery or because they were not at home. We will provide a curbside delivery with photo evidence. If an initial delivery was missed and you would like us to ensure that the recipient receives their delivery in person, then there is an additional premium fee of $20 for the second delivery.
  • What is the WOG Delivery Fee?
    We have a flat delivery fee of $20 on our WOG orders.
  • Does WOG deliver?
    Yes, we deliver to the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. It is crucial when choosing the delivery option, during checkout to pick the date and time you would like your order delivered.
  • What are you pick up & delivery hours?
    Monday to Sunday 9 am - 5 pm PST
  • Where is the WOG pick up location?
    We are located at the Clayton Station Complex - 19239 70th Avenue Surrey B.C V4N 1N3 Once you have arrived for your pick up, please send us a message and we will provide the unit number.
  • How long after I recieve my WOG box, board, cones should it be consumed?"
    Boxes can be consumed within 2 day when kept in the fridge. Boards and Cones should be consumed within 2-3 hours of delivery or pick up.
  • How do I dispose of the Graze Box after consumed?
    The box is cardboard and can be recycled just like other cardboard box.
  • What if I have food allergies?
    WOG kitchen is a nut aware enviroment. WOG products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products.
  • Does WOG create custom orders?
    We do our best to ensure that all our clients are able to have their needs met. We do createe custom orders for our clients.
  • Do I need to return WOG grazing equipment?
    All World of Graze boards, serving equipment, and props are for hire only and must be returned within 72 hours of your event, or collected for a fee. Items returned late and or damaged will incur a $100 late fee. All World of Graze equipment is provided on loan with a returnable $100 damage deposit, you (the client) agrees that if there should be any damages incurred at any time during your possession, your damage deposit will not be returned.
  • Will I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
    Yes! To clean our boards, serving equipment, and props, please hand wash all items with hot soapy water only. Do NOT use hard scrubbing agents or strong chemicals on our all natural wooden boards. Do not place any item in your dishwasher. Any items returned dirty will not have their damage deposit returned.
  • Is WOG Food Safe certified?
    Yes, the entire WOG team is Food Safe Certified.
  • Are you licensed?
    Yes, WOG is a fully licensed business.
